Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MUZ ADS. This is a standard SaaS template — have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it for a real launch.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you connect to MUZ ADS.

AI-assisted actions

• MUZ ADS proposes campaign strategy, creative, and optimizations using AI.
• By default, nothing that affects ad spend executes without your explicit approval.
• If you enable autopilot for a given action type, you're authorizing MUZ ADS to execute that action type without a per-instance approval, subject to the spend guardrails you configure.
• You remain responsible for the ad accounts and budgets you connect.

Acceptable use

Don't use MUZ ADS to run ads that violate the policies of the platform you're advertising on, or that are illegal in your jurisdiction. We can suspend accounts that do.

Billing

Subscriptions renew on the cycle shown at signup. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Limitation of liability

MUZ ADS is provided “as is.” We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from campaign performance, third-party platform outages, or AI-generated content you approved.
