This policy explains what information MUZ ADS collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. It's written as a standard SaaS template — treat it as a starting point, not a substitute for review by a lawyer before real-world use.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Business information you provide: industry, goals, brand voice, connected ad accounts.
• Usage data: campaigns, approvals, and actions taken within the product.
• Data from connected platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) once you authorize a connection.

How we use it

• To operate the product — running your campaigns, generating insights, sending notifications.
• To improve AI recommendations for your own account. We don't train shared models on your private business data.
• To send account-related email (approvals, digests) and, if you opt in, product updates.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't share your Business Knowledge Base with other customers.
• We don't spend your ad budget without the approval flow you configured.

Your controls

You can export or delete your data from Settings, disconnect any integration at any time, and control notification preferences per channel.
